Recipe Crock-Pot Citrus Glazed Carrots

Ingredients :

• 2 lb baby carrots
• 1 8-ounce jar apricot preserves
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/3 cup lemon juice

Method :

1. Add all ingredients to croc pot.
2. Cook on low for 7 hours.
3. Remove cover and cook on high for final hour.
