Recipe Autumn's wellness elixir

Resep Autumn's wellness elixir

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 tsp organic turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp organic raw honey
  • 1 teabag organic green tea
  • to taste Coconut milk

Method :
  1. Boil water and pour over green teabag in a cup. Fill cup about half way. I usually use a medium sized juice glass. Let steep for about 5 minutes, or until water is a nice brownish color, but water is still hot.
  2. Add turmeric, spirulina and honey. Stir well.
  3. Fill rest of glass (or to taste) with coconut milk. Stir well until all coconut fat has dissolved. Enjoy!!
  4. I typically have one of these a day and it helps prevent me from getting sick, or if I do get sick it shortens the cold significantly.
