Ingredients :
- 700 g refined flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 90 ml oil
- 100 ml water (approx)
Method :
- Take the flour and mix oil and salt in it properly. Add warm water continuously and make a smooth dough, cover the dough with a moist cloth. Let rest.
- Make the balls and roll out each ball into a chapati, place the tortilla on a heated griddle and cook lightly from both sides, till you get a light brown color, take it off the griddle and keep the tortillas wrapped in foil.
