Ingredients :
- 1 Avocado, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 slices Multigrain or any desired bread, lightly toasted
- 4 slices Smoked salmon
Method :
- Mash avocado with lemon juice and pepper until fully blended and at desired consistency.
- Season mixture with salt.
- Spread equal amounts of avocado mixture on each toast.
- Top mixture with a slice of salmon per toast and tuck one leaf under each slice of salmon.
