
Ingredients :
- 1 Vidalia onion chopped
- 1 package ore Ida diced Hash brown potatoes
- 3 tablespoons smart balance oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Morton seasoning salt
- 1/4 lb Virginia ham, chopped
- 1/4 lb American Cheese, chopped
- 1 package bacon bits
- 1 can (8.5 oz) no salt peas
- 1 small bunch scallions chopped
Method :
- In medium saucepan add oil and chopped Vidalia. Sauté in oil till onion is translucent.
- Then add the hash browns, chopped ham, chopped American cheese, bacon & peas. Stir till cheese is melted.
- Once the cheese is melted and the potatoes are soft, add the scallions as a garnish and serve. Enjoy!!!
