Recipe Healthy Banana Blue Apple Muffins

Resep Healthy Banana Blue Apple Muffins

Ingredients :

  • 4 cup Quick oats oatmeal
  • 1 packages Blue berries
  • 5 Bananas
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds (unsalted)
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Roasted almonds (salted)
  • 1 cup Milk (I used cashew milk you may use soy or almond as well)
  • 2 Apples finely chopped (I used green apples)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Method :
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Smash bananas in a large bowl
  3. Then add blue berries and finely chopped apples and continue to smash together until mixed well
  4. Next add 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  5. Blend ingredients together and set aside
  6. In seperate bowl mix 4 cup quick oats 2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp baking powder until blended
  7. Then mix wet ingredients with dry and blend in almonds and sunflower seeds
  8. Lightly coat muffin pan with cooking spray and spoon oatmeal mixture into the pan bake at 350 for 10-15 min or until browned
  9. Take muffins out of pan to cool and let the muffins become firm so they dont fall apart and then Enjoy :))
