
Ingredients :
- 100 g brown rice
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 100 g mushrooms
- 2-3 small carrots
- 1 zucchini
- Salt&pepper
- Powder garlic
- Curcumin powder
- 1 onion
- 2-3 spoons tomato sauce
- 2 big tomatoes
- 2 peppers
Method :
- Saute the onions
- Cut into small cubes the vegetables.
- Add the vegetables into the pan with the onion and cook for a few minutes.
- Boil the brown rice for approximately 25 mins and then add all the cooked vegetables into the pot with the rice and mix.
