Ingredients :
- 1 lb. Lasagna Noodles
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz ricotta cheese
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese shreaded
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Method :
- Boil noodles as directed.
- In s sauce pan melt butter. Cook garlic for 2 minutes. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Whisk in half and half stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Add salt and pepper. Heat to just bubbling.
- Add crab meat and shrimp. Heat to bubbling. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl beat eggs add ricotta mozzarella and basil.
- Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. Coat bottom of pan with a small amount of the seafood sauce.
- Layer 3 noodles in pan. Coat noodles with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Layer another row of noodles. Spoon 1/3 of the seafood sauce over noodles.
- Repeat step 7 two more times. Tuck the top noodles down so they are covered by the sauce
- Cover with foil and bake at for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
