Ingredients :
- 3 Potatoes
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 cloves Crushed garlic
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 1/4 cup Chives
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese ( optional )
Method :
- Peel and cut potato into small cubes. Place in pot, cover with water and add a pinch of salt. Boil potatoes until very soft and falling apart.
- In a separate pot bring the cream, butter and chopped chives, garlic salt and pepper to the boil. If you"re using Parmesan put that in too.
- Pour water off the potatoes and pour the cream mixture onto potatoes. Mash.
- It looks very sloppy, but let it stand for a few minutes before serving. They turn out creamy and delicious
