
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain non fat yogart
- 5 piece fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 each banana
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp raw maca powder
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Method :
- Add all to blender and mix
