
Ingredients :
- To make dough
- 2 eggs (1 egg yolk will be used to brush pogoca)
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 warm milk
- 1/2 vegetable oil
- 200 gram margarine
- 5 cups flour (1 cup =240 ml)
- 10 gram instant yeast
- Fillings
- Parsley
- Feta cheese
Method :
- Here is your ingredients , first combine yeast, sugar vegetable oil and milk in a large bowl.wait for 10 minutes .
- Set your oven to 350F 190 c. Add 1 egg and 1 egg white, margarine, salt into yeast mix
- Add flour slowly, while kneading the dough.
- You will have soft dough
- Take a mandarin size of dough , flatten , place the filling in center of the dough
- Bring all the edges together
- Until all sealed
- Place on a baking tray sealed side down brush the surface with egg yolk
- Using a fork cross mark the surface
- Cook about 26-30 minutes. Until change their color
- Crunchy pogoca ! Enjoy with your tea.
