
Ingredients :
- 1/3 cup bulger wheat
- 2/3 cup water
- Lemon or orange zest
- 1 tbsp Pistacios
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- Touch Honey & salt
Method :
- Combine bulger, water, citrus zest, salt and half of the pistacios and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 min.
- Add in the almond milk, honey and remaining pistacios.
