Recipe Healthy yogurt dessert

Resep Healthy yogurt dessert

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg yogurt (Greek, without added sugar)
  • 1 can condensed milk (appr. 200 ml)
  • 1 lemon (only the juice)
  • 400 grams biscuits (crumbled)
  • 150 grams unsalted butter (melted)

Method :
  1. Melt the butter and mix it with the crumbled biscuits. Put the pan in the fridge.
  2. In a bowl mix the yogurt, the lemon juice and the condensed milk until you have a nice texture.
  3. Put the yogurt mix on the top of the biscuit mix and let it in the fridge at least 4 hours.
