Ingredients :
- 1 fresh papaya
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 cilantro (for garnish)
Method :
- Peel Papaya and cut in half. Spoon out the guts and discard.
- Slice the papaya and place on plate.
- Mix all spices together and dust the fruit. Serve with whip cream or agave syrup or eat them plain.
