Ingredients :
- short ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- dash hickory smoke powder
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
Method :
- Mix it all together and marinate overnight, or as long as you deem fit for your taste.
- Should have a nice color.
- Grill to your taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
