Ingredients :
- 4 fillet Pollack fish / Pacific West Brand store bought ready to used
- 1 cup each of Heinz tomato and Chili sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method :
- Heat up the oil then deep fried the ready to used buy of counter breaded fish till its golden brown and cooked about 5 to 7 minutes , drain dry and set aside
- Mix the Heinz tomato and Chili sauce with light soy sauce and sugar
- With oil stir fry the onion till its lightly brown and soft then add in the mix Heinz sauce and mix well for a minute and off heat
- Serve the deep fried fish with the sauce and add in some fresh coriander and serve with with rice
