Recipe Egg whites cake

Resep Egg whites cake

Ingredients :

  • 6 eggs whites
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 dl milk
  • 1 spoon (soup) baking powder
  • 2 spoons (soup) butter
  • 1 jam bottle (+/- 350g)
  • 1 lemon (zest)

Method :
  1. Grease the pan (which can go to the microwave) with the jam. The pan must go to the freezer.
  2. Beat the egg whites and add the sugar, gradually.
  3. Add the butter, the milk, the lemon zest and the baking powder. Mix everything.
  4. Add the flour and, like what we did with the sugar, gradually.
  5. Pour the misture in the pan that was on the freezer. Bake in the microwave (10-15 minutes)
  6. Remove from the pan and decorated at your taste.
