Ingredients :
- 1 Green Plaintain
- 1 medium Potato
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- salt
- Refined oil
- 1/2 cup Semolina (Sooji)
- 1 bunch chopped corainder leaves
- 1 tsp gram flour
Method :
- Boil the potato and plaintain in water.
- Peel the skins off potato and plaintain.Then mash them properly in a bowl.Add gram flour,chopped onions,cumin powder,ginger paste,salt,corainder leaves & chilli powder to the bowl and mix them properly.
- Make small small roll-type balls from the mixture.On a plate spread semolina all over.Then roll the balls on it so that all of its sides are covered in semolina.
- Heat oil in pan.Fry the rolls one by one in the oil till turned brown.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce & tomato ketchup.
