Ingredients :
- 2 cans garbanzo beans
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup horseradish
- 1/4 cup grated ginger
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup sesame ginger marinade
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP pepper
- 1/2 cup spinach
Method :
- Drain beans. Save water from one can to add back in if mixture is too thick. Wash and shell beans if desired for smoother texture.
- Chop garlic.
- Grate ginger.
- Juice lemon.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix with immersion blender until desired consistency is reached or use food processor.
