Recipe Japanese Hummus

Ingredients :

  • 2 cans garbanzo beans
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup horseradish
  • 1/4 cup grated ginger
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/3 cup sesame ginger marinade
  • 1 TSP salt
  • 1 TSP pepper
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Method :
  1. Drain beans. Save water from one can to add back in if mixture is too thick. Wash and shell beans if desired for smoother texture.
  2. Chop garlic.
  3. Grate ginger.
  4. Juice lemon.
  5. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix with immersion blender until desired consistency is reached or use food processor.
  6. Enjoy!
