Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 3 slice swiss cheese
- 3 slice American cheese
- 3 slice Colby jack cheese
Method :
- flatten out six burger pattys, add salt and pepper on each patty.
- lay a patty on a baking sheet, place the 3 cheeses on top and take another patty and put on top, seal burger, repeat till all are done.
- place in oven on low broiler
- briol each side for 13 minutes or till done to your liking.
- you can make them into burgers or add gravy to it good either way.
