Recipe Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients :

  • 9 baked potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup bacon
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (maybe a little more)
  • 1 egg yolk

Method :
  1. Bake all the potatoes
  2. Hold the potatoes with a towel and cut a round hole on the top enough to pull out a decent piece to then re-attach later
  3. Clean all the potatoes of there insides in a bowl this will become he "mash potato part "
  4. Put salt and pepper on the inside of all the potatoes
  5. Then use all the tops of the potatoes and flip them to the skin part is facing the inside of the potato
  6. Put the butter, the sour cream, salt & pepper, bacon, onions, cheese, egg yolk mash together well
  7. Afterwards scoop the mashed potatoes into the baked potatoes hollow center
  8. Fill to top, put cheese and cover once more with mashed potatoes on top and than put bacon pieces on top of the mashed potatoes before putting in oven
  9. Bake at 400°F for 25 min
