Ingredients :
- 1 scoop strawberry Shakeology
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts
- 1/4 cup mixed seeds (chia, sunflower, hemp..)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all natural almond or peanut butter
- 3 tbsp raw honey
Method :
- Mix everything together and roll into a ball. Cover with unsweetened shredded coconut or more nuts.
- Keeps 2 weeks in the fridge
- About 130-140 calories a ball. (The size of a golf ball)
