Ingredients :
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 pound pork tenderlion
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce (sriracha chili sauce)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
- Spring onions, chopped
Method :
- Marinate pork in teriyaki sauce for 1 hour. Then slice into small pieces.
- In a bowl, beat egg and add salt. Cook in a large skillet. Form a omelet. Let it cool for a while. And cut into strips.
- In a wok, heat butter and oil, then saute garlic and ginger for 30 sec. Then put the meat together with the marinated sauce. Cooked until tender.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce and chili sauce and mix it very well. Then put in the egg and mix it again.
- Sprinkle with springs onions! Serve hot! Enjoy!:)
