Ingredients :
- 1200 grams octopus
- 6 tbs Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbs Black Pepper
- 3 laurel leaves
Method :
- Clean the octopus of its eyes and mouth and cut apart its legs and head leftovers
- Put it in a casserole with the olive, pepper, vinegar and laurel and let it boil (without any water) at medium fire for about 45 minutes
- Get the octopus out but keep all the juices which remained in a bowl
- Put the octopus in a pan with strong fire with some olive oil and turn it until it has nice colour. Then add the juices until they fade away. Be careful not to burn anything
- Get it out and enjoy :)
