Recipe Balsamic Vinegar Octopus

Ingredients :

  • 1200 grams octopus
  • 6 tbs Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbs Black Pepper
  • 3 laurel leaves

Method :
  1. Clean the octopus of its eyes and mouth and cut apart its legs and head leftovers
  2. Put it in a casserole with the olive, pepper, vinegar and laurel and let it boil (without any water) at medium fire for about 45 minutes
  3. Get the octopus out but keep all the juices which remained in a bowl
  4. Put the octopus in a pan with strong fire with some olive oil and turn it until it has nice colour. Then add the juices until they fade away. Be careful not to burn anything
  5. Get it out and enjoy :)
