Ingredients :
- 2 tomatoes thinly sliced longways then in half
- Handful banana peppers sliced thin
- 1 (or just half-onion I like onions) sliced thinly longwise and half
- 5 cups shredded lettuce
- 4-5 tablespoons pico de gallo (see my page for recipe)
- 1 Lime for juice
- Handful sliced black olives
Method :
- Add all ingredients in bag add little salt pepper and lime juice from lime
- Close bag securely and shake
- Refrigerate until ready to serve ... Best to eat then or that day!... Or add lime juice and shredded lettuce when ready to eat has tendency to soften
- I slice everything thinly
