
Ingredients :
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 c shredded white cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c heavy cream
- 1/4 c salted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
Method :
- Peel, quarter, and boil potatoes until soft.
- Drain potatoes.
- Put back in pan and mash potatoes.
- Add cheese, cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Heat over medium/low heat, stirring often, until thick.
