Ingredients :
- 300 grams Wheat Semolina
- 250 grams butter
- 1 stick cinnamon
- boiling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp elatchi
Method :
- In pot on low heat, add Semolina until lightly brown
- Remove Semolina. In same pot, add butter until golden
- On low heat, add Semolina to melted butter. Drop in a cinnamon stick. Mix to a smooth texture
- Add boiling water until roughly 1 fingernails worth above the Semolina. Take off stove.
- Add the sugar and ground elatchi. Note: microwave elatchi to remove skin
