Ingredients :
- 150 ml water
- 50 g butter
- 60 g (strong) plain flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs
Method :
- Pre heat the oven to 200°C
- Sift the flour on to folded baking paper for quick and easy pouring
- Heat water and butter untill just boilimg then take off the heat immediately
- While stiring with a wooden spoon add the flour and sugar in one go. Continue stiring untill you have a smooth glossy dough that comes away from the sides of the pan
- Slowly beat in the eggs bit by bit until you have a smooth glossy paste, just pipe-able.
- Place ~1tsp size blobs on baking paper and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or untill golden.
