Recipe Profiteroles

Ingredients :

  • 150 ml water
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g (strong) plain flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 eggs

Method :
  1. Pre heat the oven to 200°C
  2. Sift the flour on to folded baking paper for quick and easy pouring
  3. Heat water and butter untill just boilimg then take off the heat immediately
  4. While stiring with a wooden spoon add the flour and sugar in one go. Continue stiring untill you have a smooth glossy dough that comes away from the sides of the pan
  5. Slowly beat in the eggs bit by bit until you have a smooth glossy paste, just pipe-able.
  6. Place ~1tsp size blobs on baking paper and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or untill golden.
