
Ingredients :
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 slice Chicken filet
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Boiled egg
- 1/2 Tomatoes
- 1/3 packages Carrot
- 1/4 small Onion
- 1/4 can Peas
- Black peper
- Salt
Method :
- Wash your potatoes, peal them and cut them in small piece. Put water in a pot and place it over the stove on HI. Add the potatoes and add one pinch of salt. Wait for about 10 minutes and remove the potatoes from the stove
- While your potatoes are on the stove cut the chicken, onion, garlic, tomatoes and carrot in small pieces.
- After 5 minutes check to see if the water is almost over and add the potatoes and the peas. Add the salt and wait for about 3-5 minutes for all the water to evaporate.
- In a pot add one tablespoon of vegetables oil. Add the chicken, onion, tomatoes, carrot and the garlic and add one or two pinch of black pepper mix everything and wait for a out 2 minutes and then add one cup of water to allow the carrot to be cooked.
- cut your boiled eggs in small pieces and add it to the potatoes and voila it"s ready. Serve with one Chicken wigs or fried bacon. Hope you will like it
