
Ingredients :
- 1 can low-fat croissant
- 4 oz chicken breast
- 1/3 cup marinara
- 1/3 cup mozzerella cheese
- 2 tbsp green onion
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- salt
- ground black pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Bring pan to medium heat on burner.
- Add chicken breast to pan. Let cook to 165°F, and shred. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Wash and cut green onions. Add to mixing bowl with marinara, cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- When chicken is cooked, add to bowl and stir in.
- Lay out all croissants, and cut to even triangles. Scoop insides onto 4, and use remaining 4 as tops. Seal around edges, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
