Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 kg chicken breast
- 2 kg bacon pieces
- 500 grams thickend cream
- 50 grams sour cream
- 2 kg mushrooms
- 1 brown onion
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1 packet fettuccine (thick)
- pinch salt
Method :
- Put big pot of water on to boil then add fettuccine to boiling water and boil on high for around 15 minutes or until cooked
- Chop chicken into cubes, fry till golden brown then put aside for a bit cover it
- Finely chop onion and garlic, fry until they start to go brown then add chicken back to pan
- Add bacon and finely chopped mushrooms to the pan mix it all together and leave it to cook for about 8 minutes
- Put both creams in and and the pinch of salt and mix it well and let it boil a little then turn heat off and let it rest
- Drain fettuccine off and plate up
- Mix chicken and mushroom sauce up and serve it up over the fettuccine
