Recipe Vegan Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients :

  • 1 c vegetable stock
  • 1 c almond milk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 bag frozen vegan meatballs
  • 4 zucchinis spiraled

Method :
  1. Reduce heat to simmer and add meatballs. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes, depending on the type of meatball you are using.
  2. Proceed to finish with your choice of pasta. If using zucchini noodles, remove from heat and add noodles, cover and let rest for 5 minutes. If using grain-based pre-cooked pasta, dish out noodles and spoon meatballs and sauce over pasta. Cooking dry noodles in sauce should not be attempted.
