Ingredients :
- 1 c vegetable stock
- 1 c almond milk
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1 bag frozen vegan meatballs
- 4 zucchinis spiraled
Method :
- Reduce heat to simmer and add meatballs. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes, depending on the type of meatball you are using.
- Proceed to finish with your choice of pasta. If using zucchini noodles, remove from heat and add noodles, cover and let rest for 5 minutes. If using grain-based pre-cooked pasta, dish out noodles and spoon meatballs and sauce over pasta. Cooking dry noodles in sauce should not be attempted.
