Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 cup chopper green onion
- 1 cup red pepper
- 1 cup celery
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can lentils
- 1 can niblets corns
- 1 small can chopped pimentos
Method :
- Boil first five ingredients for a few minutes
- Cool in Fridge
- Cut vegetables
- Add to mixture
- Store in fridge
- Enjoy with tostitos scoops
