Resep Thai Vermicelli Soup with Pork & Shrimp Meatballs

Ingredients :

  • [Pork & Shrimp Meatballs]:
  • 100 g pork
  • 100 g shrimp (raw - peeled)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 Tbsp light or regular soy sauce
  • [Soup]:
  • 1 liter water
  • 100 g Chinese cabbage / napa cabbage
  • 100 g carrot
  • 60 g vermicelli rice noodles
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro/coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Method :
  1. Make the meatballs by mixing all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into 3 cm balls.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the carrot, cabbage and meatballs.
  3. When cabbage is soft, add the salt and vermicelli. When all vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat.
  4. Serve and garnish with coriander leaves.
