Ingredients :
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 Olives with pimentos and red peppers
- 2 envelope Sazon
- 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp Adobo
- 1 Bouillon cube
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
Method :
- 1) take vegetable oil and heat in your favorite rice pot. Add garlic ,onion powder, sazon, bouillon cube, pepper,salt,adobo and fry seasoning watch closely not to burn.
- Add rice and mix seasoning and rice very well, let the rice and seasonings fry for 2-3 min stirring occasionally.
- Add olives and a little bit of the juice from the olives.
- Add water just to cover the rice let it begin to boil, cover tightly and reduce heat let rice cook for 20-25 min. Check doneness of rice fluff and enjoy.
