
Ingredients :
- 7 egg whites
- 3 cups ground cashews
- 2 cups cacao
- 1 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 2 Tbsp orange peel
- 1 1/2 tsp ground sea salt
Method :
- Place cacao, sugar, salt, orange peel, and cahsews in a blender and pulse until all ingredints are ground fine
- Pass the infredients in the blemder to the bowl of egg whites and beat enough until incorporated! Never over mix
- Spoon mix out on parchment paper and bake for 12 min at 375°F
- Allow to cool at room temperature before removing from the pan. Once cool serve or store in plastic bag for a week
