Ingredients :
- 3 lb chicken breasts
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 can green enchilada sauce el pato brand
- 1 dozen flour tortillas
- 1 packages monterey jack cheese (or your choice of cheese
- 1 can sour cream
- 1 head purple onion
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cup lemon juice
Method :
- Boil chicken add garlic salt for flavor shredd when done boiling
- Pre heat oven at 350
- In large baking dish smother with one layer off green sauce
- Place tortillas side to side add green sauce & chicken
- Add cheese repeat with 2more layers
- Bake for about 15-20 min or until cheese is bubbly
- Add some Spanish rice on the side
- Top with lettuce lemon juice pickled cucumber onions and sour cream
