Ingredients :
- 1 bunch Japanese noodles
- 2 piece Seaweed
- 2 eggs
- 3 stick Imitation crab meat
- 10 ml Japanese noodle soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
Method :
- Cook Japanese noodles in boiling water for 4 - 5 minutes.
- Drain noodles in strainer under ice cold water.
- Keep noodles in the fridge while you make the egg crepe.
- Make egg crepe. Follow my egg crepe recipe.
- Shred imitation crab meat and seaweed.
- Place noodles on plate. Add egg crepe, crab meat and seaweed on top of noodles. Sprinkle sesamd seeds on (optional)
- Pour Japanese cold noodle soy sauce on noodles before serving.
- Mix well and eat!
