
Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cubed
- 2 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce, low sodium
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch (mix with 1 1/2 tsp water prior to adding)
Method :
- heat oil in large skillet, brown chicken
- Add bell peppers and onion, cook until veggies are tender
- Add sauces and herbs, when bubbly add cornstarch and simmer until sauce thickens
