
Ingredients :
- 200 g chicken breast
- 200 g canned tomatoes
- Spaghetti, as much as you like
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste Parmesan cheese
- to taste salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method :
- First, put on a pot of water to boil on a high heat. Next, finely dice your onion and garlic clove and toss in a hot pan with some olive oil until lightly browned
- add the canned tomatoes to the pan and lower the heat to medium. This should simmer for around 15 minutes. Break down the tomatos a little
- While your sauce is simmering, lightly fry the chopped chicken in some olive oil until browned, and add your spaghetti to the boiling water and stir
- Next, add your browned chicken to the tomato sauce mix and continue to simmer.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked to your liking, add it to the chicken and sauce, add salt and pepper and combine over the heat for a minute or so. Then serve!
