Ingredients :
- 1 piece Mackerel
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- ----Sauce Ingredients-----
- 4 Tbsp Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 50 cc Water
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
Method :
- Prepare the fish: Sprinkle a little salt on the mackerel and leave it 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Wipe the mackerel with the kitchen paper.
- Put the mackerel into the boiling water in 30 seconds.
- Wash it with running water.
- Coat the mackerel with corn starch.
- Make sauce: Mix all ingredients and put it a side.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and saute the mackerel until become golden brown color.
- Remove oil with kitchen paper.
- Clean up the frying pan with kitchen paper.
- Pour mixed sauce into the frying pan and heat it up.
- Started boiling, put the mackerel and cook 2 minutes.
