
Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam or preserves
- pinch salt
Method :
- Sprinkle paprika, ground pepper, curry powder and salt on chicken
- Mix the mustard, honey, and preserves or jam for a marinade. Then pour half the marinade over the chicken. Let it sit for an hour or overnight.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 350 degrees (180 degrees celcius).
- Pour the rest of the marinade on the chicken. Serve over rice of your choice.
