Ingredients :
- 2 cup semolina flour
- 4 each eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt
- 1 dash turmeric (color)
- 2 tbsp water
Method :
- Put everything in your stand mixer with a dough hook and mix on low for 5 minutes.
- The dough may be sticky and if so add some flour, spoonful at a time, until it holds its own shape in the bowl.
- Dough needs to rest in the frig. for 40 minutes. I put it in a cleanly oiled bowl and cover it.
- After it"s done in the frig take it out and let it warm back up to room temperature.
- Roll it out and cut it or use a machine. I"m using the kitchen aid attachment and hanging on coat hangers to dry.
- You can cook immediately or dry. Fresh fettuccine here!
