Ingredients :
- 2 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1 cup Minced Chicken
- 2 Onions
- 10 Garlic pods
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
- Salt
- Water
- Oil for frying the Fritters
Method :
- At first wash minced chicken.. Boil with salt n black pepper. Strain n squeeze all chicken broth. Keep in a big bowl.
- Boil water in a pan.. Blanch the Cabbage for five-minute. Squeeze well n add it to in Chicken.
- Now add chopped onion, garlic and ginger.. Add all ingredients except oil.. Mix well.. Make small size balls.. If u feel it"s need more gram flour for binding.. Add Two tbs more..
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.. Fry all balls.. First keep flame low... Flip the side.. When both side get light brown colour then do flame medium n fry both sides till golden brown colour..
- Take out n keep it tissue paper.. Then serve with tomato sauce.
