Ingredients :
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 2 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 cup flour
Method :
- Mix 1 cup of flour with salt, sugar, yeast and oil.
- Add 1/2 cup warm water then mix.
- Rest for 8-10 mins.
- Knead for 8-10 mins gradually adding the rest of the flour
- Rest for 30 - 35mins
- Put into the pan then bake for 25 mins.
- Put out the oven the let is cool for 5-10min then serve.
