Ingredients :
- 1 packages marshmallows large or small (10 oz)
- 1 can canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cup cool whip
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 in)
Method :
- In a large saucepan, insert marshmallows, pumpkin, and spices (to taste) over medium heat until melted.
- Lower heat and fold cool whip in until mixed throughly.
- Spoon into crust and refridgerate covered for 3 hours or until set.
