Ingredients :
- 500 g chicken breast- diced in small pieces
- 200 g spinach- diced
- 1 medium onion - diced
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- butter/olive oil
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- to taste salt
Method :
- Fry the chicken in butter, till brown. Add the ginger garlic paste.
- Saute the onions with the chicken.
- Add the washed spinach to the pan, and mix into the chicken. Cook with the lid closed, on low flame, till the spinach is done.
- Add the vinegar and salt and stir, after turning off the heat.
- Serve hot or cold!
