Ingredients :
- 1 can Fosters Lager, Or Can Beer Of Your Choice
- 2 cans (6 oz each) Hunt's No Salt Added Tomato Paste
- 1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted With Garlic
- 1 can Hunt's Seasoned Diced Tomato Sauce (for Chili)
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- Minced Garlic
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 3 stems fresh rosemary, Chopped
- 1 cup Spring Onion, Chopped
- 1 pack Ground Chicken or Turkey
- 2-3 cups Roasted Chicken or Turkey (Pulled)
- 3 Tablespoons Paprika or Season to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Or Season To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder or Season To Taste
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or Season To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Season Pepper or Season To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Lawyers Seasoned Salt
- 1/3 Cup Lime Juice
- Olive Oil
Method :
- ***Sautee ground chicken or turkey in a separate pan or skillet, season as it browns, Salt/Pepper
- Prepare crock pot to cook 4 to 6 hours
- Add raw vegetables to crock pot with olive oil and 12 oz can of beer of you choice. Only add one half cup spring onion
- Add all other ingredients except Roasted Chopped Chicken or Turkey and the 2 Cans of Beans
- After 3 1/2 hrs of cook time add Roasted Chopped Chicken or Turkey and Chili Beans to cook the remainder of time.
- After entire cook time second half cup of spring onions
