Recipe Caramel Centred Smoors.

Resep Caramel Centred Smoors.

Ingredients :

  • 200 grams baking chocolate
  • 1 packages biscuits, i use marie biscuits
  • 1 packages marshmallows
  • 1 can caramel

Method :
  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
  2. Spread caramel on half of the biscuits. Followed by a marshmallow on each one.
  3. Put the biscuits in the microwave for 40 seconds. You can do 4 to 5 at a time.
  4. Place another biscuit on top of each one as soon as they come out of the microwave and push flat.
  5. Now dip them into the melted chocolate one at a time, make sure that they are completely covered. Remove them and set aside to cool.
