Ingredients :
- 1 box gluten-free brownie mix
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method :
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Batter will be stiff. Spread in 13x9x2 pan.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 22 minutes or until set. I used a slightly smaller pan, so it took 32 minutes.
